Music: Minstrels and Organ
At one time there was a gallery at the west end of the nave
where musicians played. Then came a pipe organ, replaced in 1974
by the first of two electronic organs. The west wall and bell
turret were rebuilt in 1892 and the alcove marks the position
of a much earlier west door into the nave.
